I purchased a full set of tires from Firestone about 3 years ago and i noticed one of my tires flat a couple days ago. I called up Firestone since i couldn't find my paperwork and the guy Ben there said "we have your records and the tire should be under warrenty, so bring it in" I dropped the tire off that night and got a call within 1/2 hr saying that the tire had a nail in it and it was covered in the warrenty! I only had to pay the difference. So i brought the car in the next day and in an hour, had the wheel attached, and tires rotated. It only cost $33!!! I dealt with the same guy Ben the entire time, he came out and talked to me about what he did and told me what i also needed to have done soon ( my front brakes). The service there was wonderful and they understand that a girl like me has really no experience doing anything with a car so they explained everything so it made sense to me!
