The last couple of times we have flown home to arizona, I have been kind of dissapointed in Frontier Airlines. This weekend we will be flying Southwest, so we will see how it goes. Some of the problems I have been having with Frontier is that they have been quite rude in checking in our luggage, and at the gate. Everytime we have flown with them, we take our stroller up to the gate and then gate check it. We have a bag that we put it in so it doesn't get dirty and messed up. We tell them this at the gate and they put the orange tag thing on it, and we tell them that we don't want it taken to baggage check, but brought up at the end of the flight like they do with the other strollers. No matter how many times we tell them, and they reassure me that it won't get sent to baggage claim, IT ALWAYS GETS SENT TO BAGGAGE CLAIM!!!!
