Joe's Shanghai is actually very filling. My girl friends and I often go after school to relax and enjoy some hot, tasty soup dumplings. Service is quick and to-the-point. There isn't nearly enough seating to accomodate the customers, so you might have to share a table. The price is definitely within everyone's range.
