Hair in my ice cream

I was unfortunate enough to stop by Danbury Ice Cream Shop on a beautiful day last summer. The shop itself is pleasant and it's conveniently located right on Route 37. I ordered some mocha/coffee flavor in a cone. Luckily, I was only a few bites in before I discovered the hair. It was in the first scoop. The ice cream is homemade so the hair must've gotten packed in. I told the clerk and she offered me another cone. I thanked her but declined and she politely refunded me.
On a brighter note, my friend had a coconut milkshake and loved it. No hairs to be found. So while I did not have a pleasant experience, I can't say anything negative about the service. The ice cream did taste good but I still wouldn't go there again.
