Patterson sells Toyotas, too, and they're opening a big new showroom for the Scion. The salespeople are most accommodating. They sold me a great car recently, and did everything they promised. I had a dispute with them and it was resolved amicably, and they were even nicer after that. They won't tell you no lies. The service department has been servicing our old Buick for 5 years and we trust them to do what they say. No more expensive than anywhere else and straightforward on telling you in advance what you'll probably have to pay. They won't do work you won't authorize. They're the big boys in Mt Airy with a deserved good reputation.
