I've been to the gym in Concord, Walnut Creek and San Francisco. I find the gyms to be generally clean but sometimes too crowded. I dont like that most of the 24hr gyms make you sign up to use the machines but I do like that there are a variety of machines. In the Concord gym, you can bring your own headset, plug it into the machines, and listen to the tvs hanging on the walls. You can even switch the channels to listen to what's playing on the other tvs. Pretty convenient.

My kid just got her braces three months ago but she's been going to Dr Jen Martin for four years for teeth checks. The office staff is always very friendly. Each visit earns 'martin money' that the kids can use to purchase prizes when they have enough. When it was finally time to get the braces, they explained the complete process, step by step, so my kid wouldn't get scared. They really made sure she was comfortable. We've been very happy with the service we've received.

I used to live alot closer to New Lim's and never ate there... A month before I moved, we decided to check this place out, and of course, it turned out to be excellent! We ordered chowmein, potstickers, lemon chicken and honey walnut prawns. The food came out quick and was very very tasty. This is really one of the better chinese restaurants in Concord.

The service can sometimes be great, and sometimes lacking. Overall, I'd eat there again but really, nothing special.

Everytime I pass the Great Khan at Sunvalley Mall, my mouth starts the water. It always smells so good! You get to pick and choose your own ingredients: thin slices of chicken, beef, pork, and even lamb (if I remember right. The trick is to smash the meat flat, so that you can fit more in the bowl); you can choose from plenty of vegetables: bean sprouts, zuchinni, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, etc.. then you get to choose from the different sauces...Finally the cooks pile on the noodles and cook the whole concotion for you on this big round flat grill... Definitely mouth watering!

I love the spanish rice here! There's also great guacamole and salsa and tortilla chips... I also love the shrimp fajita salad and my daughter loves their chicken burrito... It is a bit loud there...

It is a bit loud there and when you leave, your clothes will smell... but, you do get to take your pick of tootsie pops on your way out the door :)

Mmmm I love the spaghetti at the Old Spaghetti Factory, specifically the meat lovers plate. It comes with meat sauce, sausage and meatballs. YUM! For under $10, I can have my pasta, a salad, fresh bread, and spumoni ice cream! There are lush velvet armchairs and if youre lucky, you can even sit in the train car. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants!

This is a great place with something for everyone.... There's a section with kiddie rides, roller coasters for the older kids and animals for everyone. One of the things my kid and I enjoy is feeding the giraffes. You pay a couple of dollars, get your hand stamped, and then you get to pick apples out of the bin and feed them to the giraffes! It's gross, yes, because the giraffes have huuuge tongues that they wrap around your hand, but its lots of fun! As you exit, there's a container of purell hand sanitizer for you :).

She's always on her feet, going table to table, serving food... but always is able to make you feel like family... Oh yes and the hunan chicken is very good! It comes as a platter w/ steamed rice and egg roll or potsticker and soup! Yummm

Thing is, its a little pricey. 13.00+ for ice cream for three, is too expensive. Also, when I ordered the kid size for my daughter, they refused to mix it together! They said it wasn't included in the kid size.... but isn't that the whole point?
