Everytime I pass the Great Khan at Sunvalley Mall, my mouth starts the water. It always smells so good! You get to pick and choose your own ingredients: thin slices of chicken, beef, pork, and even lamb (if I remember right. The trick is to smash the meat flat, so that you can fit more in the bowl); you can choose from plenty of vegetables: bean sprouts, zuchinni, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, etc.. then you get to choose from the different sauces...Finally the cooks pile on the noodles and cook the whole concotion for you on this big round flat grill... Definitely mouth watering!
