Good food here. I like their chicken fried chicken, covered with country gravy. What's disappointing is they took away their salad bar! It used to have great salad toppings, huge chunks of ham, and these cinnamon chips to top off your salad. For dessert, I recommend the bread pudding. Servings are huge. You'll definitely have leftovers.

I've been taking my kid there since she was a baby in a stroller. I would get the roast pork platter with mashed potatoes, corn and gravy. My daughter LOVED their macaroni and cheese. Since we'd been going their for years, it reached a point where we could just walk in and they'd fix our food right up. Recently though, this place closed down. It's unfortunate. My daughter still talks about how good the mac and cheese was at Brau Haus

I love fresh crepes. When I heard they opened up a crepe place at the mall, I was pretty excited... until I stopped by. Literally, there is a terrible stink of sour milk in the store! It was so bad, I was gagging. I turned right around and walked out and have not been back since. Disappointing!

I was never a big coffee drinker... If you've read my other reviews though, you'll notice I really enjoy coffee with my dessert! I would rarely buy coffee because I could never finish it. However, not listed on the Starbucks menu, alongside tall, grande, venti, is SHORT! A Short Americano is what I order when I grab a biscotti. Its smaller than their 'tall' size, and the perfect size for me. At under $2 it's pretty reasonable, especially if you're an everyday Starbucks veteran

I like this buffet. They have a decent salad bar with this banana and strawberries mixture that is really tasty. I also enjoy their fried chicken, better than KFC in my opinion. There's a kids bar, where they offer the typical pizza, mac n cheese, french fries. There's a carving station as well as meat and vegetable options in the buffet. Drinks are included as well as desserts. I think the prices are little expensive for a buffet but the variety can sometimes be worth it if you're going with a group that can't decide.

Yes they offer breakfasts, and yes burgers too. Who cares? Nations has THE BEST pies ever. I love their banana cream pie. Not overly sweet, not very heavy. Super flakey and light. I also love their pumpkin pie and their sweet potato pie. I don't care for apple pie but if I did, I'm sure Nations would also have the best apple pie! I forget exactly how much each pie costs. I believe it's about $7 per pie. Well worth it!

This used to be the old peppermill. I've gone there twice and its now a slightly upper scale Vietnamese restaurant. The service is great. Prices are OK. Ive had their crockpot dish, which has brown rice at the bottom. Since the rice sits at the bottom of the crockpot, the rice gets slighly crispy. Very good. I've also had their grilled pork which is tasty. Best of all, they have a yummy fried banana with ice cream dessert. Accompanied by their coffee, which is nice and strong, its very satisfying... Dinner for two, if I remember correctly, including tip, was around $50.

This is a nice little cafe. We don't go there very often but every once in awhile, we'll stop by, grab a caramel machiatto, and lounge in the arm chairs. Last time I was there, I picked up a free copy of The Alchemist for reading pleasure. There's also art hanging on the walls for sale. Certainly not as crowded as Starbucks and definitely a great way to pass a Saturday morning

Ok, Taco Bell is definitely way down the list of healthy foods but sometimes, I just want a quick, grab and go, meal. I used to get their crunchy tacos but lately, I just cant resist their steak chalupas! There's something about the fried wrapper mixed with the lettuce, tomatoes, and steak meat (topped with mild sauce)... its the perfect combination! When youre done, have an order of cinnamon twists. YUM

I used to live in the apartment complex across the street from Mountain Mie's Pizza so when we were in the mood, we'd just take a short stroll, and grab a slice. They have an all you can eat pizza buffet during the week but its never really crowded. There's a big screen television. There's also a little arcade area but it seems they don't always keep the games turned on. They also offer Dance Dance Revolution. We've passed several evenings, eating pizza, playing ddr, then going back for more pizza. Fun, cheap entertainment!
