A Southern Season has the biggest selection of gourmet food that I've found in the Triangle. Sometimes, it feels almost too overwhelming to have that much choice (it can be hard to find things on your own). They have a big selection of deli stuff (cheeses, meats), as well as prepared foods (everything looks really delicious). They also carry a lot of cooking tools, pots, pans, and so on, as well as some china and serving dishes.
