Dr. Gellert and his staff of orthodontic assistants go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowlegeable in what they do. If you ever have a problem with the braces or appliances, the receptionist will do her best for you to get in for an appointment that day whether you have to go to one of Dr. Gellerts 3 offices, Monroe, Southbury, or Newtown. Will work with you concerning different payment plans from the beginning. My kids love going to the office as the waiting room is filled with all kinds of video machines to play while they are waiting which is never that long. The only negative here is Dr. Gellert is very, very expensive compared to the other Orthodontist's in the area.
