Really went downhill

Over a period of 3 years I lived in 2 apartments at Colonial Grand. When I first lived in these apartments I was so thrilled! The complex was super helpful and the neighborhood was really peacefull. The apartments recently changed management companies and have really gone down hill over the past couple of years. The office is slow to fix anything, including us having to vacate our bedroom due to standing water flooding it for about 3 months on and off. Also their is a lot more noise and crime in the neighborhood now and it isnt as safe as before. If you dont believe me check with the local police department. Hopefully they wil be able to turn things around with this complex.
