The kids will enjoy going back so I recommend getting a membership. If you go to the Pacific Science Center once a month during the summer its worth getting a Family Membership. There are some perks in doing so. Check online. I'm not much into museums and the likes, but this I can do. Kids of all ages seem to like the Butterfly Exhibit and the Dinosaurs Exhibit. There is a Café that sells lunch but I would opt to bring our own. There is so much to do and see so bring comfy walking shoes.

Inside you will find fabric galore, everything you might need to sewing or knitting. There are a ton of arts and crafts supplies and lots of other fun treasures. What is really nice is that if you are a crafter and you couldn't find want your looking for at Michaels at the other end of Crossroads lot you should be able to find it a Jo-Ann's.

Next to Starbucks at Crossroads Mall in Bellevue you will find a cramped book store the has the aroma of old books filling the air. Half Price Books Records and Magazines is a book lovers treasure trove. It may be difficult to maneuver around the crammed book shelves but if you look long enough you might just locate something you've always wanted but could never find. I'm not that into books, but I did come across such a find in the likes of a set of old material bound books that my mother never got to complete. Now my daughter has the whole set. We did tried in the past to find them on eBay but they were going for over $20.00 each. At Half Price Books we picked up the 10 missing for $3.00 each. Treasures can be found if we only look.

It may not be the nicest clothes store and it may not always have what you want in your size, but it is the best bang for your buck. Sometimes you can find something real nice that would cost triple somewhere else. I bought a pair of girl's jeans for $7.00 that were almost identical to a pair being sold for $32.00 in a high end department store. Not too bad.

Buying a used car can be a nightmare but the friendly folks at Michael Toyota helped us make what we think was the right decision. We really like a car from a different dealer but the psycho salesman at this other place tried to bully us into buying something out of our price rage. When we when over to Michael Toyota the salesman was low pressure and we told him what we needed in a vehicle and what we wanted to pay. They worked with us by lowing the price to what we wanted to pay and when I asked for three baseball caps with the Toyota logo, they let us pick them out no charge. Baseball caps may not seem like a big deal to most, but in a world were we all get nickel and dimed for everything, well it made all of us smile.

When I went to the Gap Kids to exchange some clothes I met one the most helpful young ladies. It was close to closing time and she not only pointed out to me were the sale items were and assisted us with finding top to match the pants my daughter wanted. It makes me feel good to see that younger people are trying to bring back customer service.

I can't remember the last time I wasn't asked if I wanted help with my bags. Even if it is pouring out they ask. Customer Service might just be making a come back. I hope.

The one thing to remember is check to see if there are any events at the Center or at the Key Arena. If there is, parking can be tough.

Papa Murphy's Pizza is on hubby's menu. At least it taught him how to use the oven. One of the perks about getting Papa Murphy's Pizza is the clean up is a ton easier than if dinner was being prepared at home. The pizza is pretty good, but the are even better. The parking at the Canyon Park shop is better in the back lot. If you call your order in you get even more perks. And don't forget your punch card.

We all agree that the service is friendly, but tends to be on the slow side. And there always seems to be plenty of parking. Oh, and we all do like the big onion thingy.
