Banyan Tree Rehab specializes in outpatient rehabilitation, and various therapies.
I have never seen a physical therapist before, so I had no idea what to expect when I had my visit. I was struck by the fact that it was a small waiting room, with a large room for the various people having their different therapies. So really, everybody could watch everybody else. I wasn't too thrilled with that aspect of the experience.
I was treated by a friendly (as well as "easy on the eyes") therapist. He had me sit with him to discuss my issues, and then led me through some stretching exercises. He gave me some great tips to use in the future, to help my muscles.
I did not return back to the practice because of an illness (they did call to ask if I was ok!), but I would say I'd recommend the services of Banyan Tree to anybody in need of physical therapy.
