I have been going to Carson's for many years and I still love it here. And now that they recently closed the Harlem Avenue location (why? oh why???) I will be going to this one more often. The ribs are excellent. Moist, tender, and the BBQ sauce is just right. I also really enjoy the au gratin potatoes and "garbage" salad. They have a nice bar area too. The service is always great, and I'm no longer ashamed to ask for and wear that silly bib they give you. Trust me, you will need that big, my friend!
