The station that brought me American Idol!!

There are so many great memories for me associated with this station. I remember the day they first went on the air here in Chicago. When I was a little kid, I used to have this mad crush on Jerry G. Bishop (for local folks over the age of 35, you may remember he was one of Channel 32's broadcasters and the original Svengoolie). I used to watch just for him. All these years later, I'm still having a love affair with this station. They brought me hours of enjoyment with American Idol, The Simpsons, Seinfeld reruns and The O.C.(although that whole Ryan/Marissa thing has become a drag and I'm already bored...) but Fox 32 is an old friend and they brought a lot of beloved programming into my world. Thanks, Fox! (Now...can you please make Taylor Hick the winner of American Idol?!)
