The food is tasty overall and they seem to be making improvements in their menu all the time. Their drink menu could use improvements however as could their servers. The service was OK the last time I dined here, it's the attitude of the servers that is not great. It may not be the greatest job to be a server there but they should be friendlier and seem to care a bit more and not treat the customer like they are a bother. Hire better servers and keep making improvements in the menu.

They seem to know alot of their customers, they must be regulars. They don't act like they really appreciate new customers that much, maybe they do they just don't show it in any way. Taking the food to-go is probably your best bet. Street parking only is available.

This is a typical neighborhood Chicago no-frills bar. The only difference here from alot of other corner taverns is that there are live bands that play here. Rock and Blues are the styles of music that is celebrated here and that is fine with me. They host an open mike three nights a week also. Things don't get started a bit later than some pubs however. Street parking only.

Wilson's has been selling leather jackets for a very long time. Their coats are quality and stylish. Their prices are not low by any means but they are not an upscale shop either. I guess you can say their prices are competitve and why not. They also sell leather gloves, hats, vests etc.... They are frequent sales offered but I usually don't see sales flyers or much advertisement for them on T.V. lately either.

It is just your basic flour and water dough. The red sauce is fair, it can not measure up to real Italian restaurants in any way. I think they know this and don't even try to compete that way anymore so are just offering two items for sale these days, take it to go of course. Quick, cheap, no-nonsense, no-ambience and I'm sorry to say this place has very little personality.

I have passed by this location literally thousands of times in my life, but decided to stop in last week for a cold beer. It was nicer looking on the inside than I thought it would be. The AC was freezing cold which is always a good thing. The place was very clean and had an excellent digital jukebox that was dominated by two young girls so I did not get the chance to use it. I'm glad they played alot of Rock songs I liked. They have dart boards and a foosball tables as well. I didn't stay long, but I was treated great here and would go back.

This place is so no-frills it doesn't even have any air conditioning. With all the hot weather and humidity you think the guy that runs this place would turn on his AC. I only picked up food from here once recently. The food itself was good, not great.The place itself is not very attractive. The prices are very reasonable. This store is next to a 7-11 and a Little Ceasers. I think there is a enough bus. for all of them to go around because this intersection and area are heavily populated.

Did you Illinois residents hear that Jim Oberweis the president of this company was running for governer. He was trying to milk people for votes with his republican stance(booo!). I will forgive his politics because the products from here a fantastic, a bit overpriced however. Excellent milks, ice cream and cheeses are sold here at this super poplular store. This company even delivers dairy products to you home if you set up an account with them.

I also like their cookies and pastrys. They sell lemonade also which I will get sometimes. This location is one of their better looking stores with plenty of tables and space inside. This store is right near the train station and right in the middle of downtown Evanston.

The best thing about Gigio's is probably their pizza. It should be awesome they have been making pizza for many years. How long I don't really know for sure. I'm in Evanston quite often and stop in here sometimes for a snack. Their beef sandwiches are very tasty also. They also sell Italian burgers but not all that much else. It is a fairly limited menu here. Stick with the pizza or beefs in my opinion, If you love thin crust you should love this place.
