This neighborhood has so much going on and there's a lot to do around here. One of the biggest reasons to go to this "cosmpolitan" hood is this movie theater. They show a lot of indie flicks and smaller films here. Some have ended up doing rather well. There are also screening for new films held here all the time. They do have indoor parking (because street parking is almost impossible). You will pay a little more here, but it's worth it once in a while.
