Chinese Fast Food

I was not surprised when P.E. came on the scene.A Chinese fast food place I guess is a good idea. They are a big chain now and that's OK with me I guess. I always thought their food was OK, not fantastic but OK. Their chicken could be better and so could some of their prices. It's still reasonably priced but the deals & quality food you get at "mom & pop" Chinese restaurants on the north side can't be beat. I have stopped by here after visting the Cultural Center which is close by.Can I give 2 & 1/2 stars, no OK three it is.
