We have had great experiences with multiple vets at Augusta Valley Animal Hospital. The staff at the front desk is extremely helpful in answering basic questions. I have never had a problem getting an appointment that meets my schedule well. I appreciate that they know both myself and my dog by name!
I feel very comfortable taking my dog to Augusta Valley Animal Hospital because they have always been accurate in diagnosing health issues with my dog and treating him quickly and effectively.
My only complaint is that the wait time is often very long. However, it is worth it to me for the quality of service provided.
