Because it's an upscale pub. That being said, I ordered one of my fave items here (nope, not a cheeseburger) and it was very well done. My dining companion's food was reported as being very good too, so no complaints with the food. For you quasi-Anglophiles, they have a large assortment of British and European beers to go along with the great food and decor.
