Great view

If you want to catch a great view of the city and lake come to the signature room lounge. I havent eaten at the restaurant but if you go up a level there is the lounge and you can get a great view. You are supposed to get a drink and that is about it. A good alternative if you do not wish to spend a lot of money to look out a window. You can still get the view.
