Is it ever going out of business??

Genes is a sporting goods store that has had a retiring going out of business banner for about 6 months now, When I went in there it claimed up to 70% off, well there was still quite abit of stuff and most of it was marked down 10%, the stuff was expensive, He had jeans,bicycle and baseball equipment was all that I looked at I wasnt impressed, I wonder how long it takes to go out of business??
