When I was looking for an apartment in Brookline I tried to use Chestnut Hill Realty. They have lots of apartment buildings throughout Brookline and they always have no fee offers and sometimes first months rent free. Unfortunately though the real estate agents do not always listen to what you tell them. Even though I was very exact on what I wanted, still they just took me to all their apartments. Some of them are very old and not at all pleasent to live in. Some also have very poor design layouts and no way to fix them. They definitely have a lot of apartments but they are also a hassle to deal with. So only if you have a lot of time is it worth it.
