Yam Yams is definitely not a place that I would have gone to if our friends hadn’t recommended it and wanted to go there with us. It’s not in the good part of town, and not a place that I would feel like the food would be safe to eat. Surprisingly, it was really good. I had catfish and hush puppies-food that you don’t find very much in the Pacific Northwest. I would recommend trying it out.
