InSpa has a great value in their massages (the only service I've ever had at the Bell Square location) - especially since they request that clients not tip. The quality varies greatly with the masseuse. Natalie is fantastic - I always feel great when I leave. Some of the others are not even worth the $64. Whenever I can get an appointment with Natalie I take it. If I can't I usually postpone my massage.

Over the years my extended family has been in multiple auto accidents from being rear-ended to scraping an entire side of a car along a tree. Bel-Kirk Body Shop has always provided a clear explanation of their proposed work along with their quote. They also take care of most of the insurance stuff - which I really appreciate.
They do a good job, and are excellent about communicating about when the work will be done. We've never had any problem with their service or with the quality of their work (even after many years).
