If you look around this so called Asian Restaurant you will hardly find Asian, you know why ? That's right !! Because their food are not authentic, or you can say they are offering American food...
If you look around this so called Asian Restaurant you will hardly find Asian, you know why ? That's right !! Because their food are not authentic, or you can say they are offering American food with Asian touch. It used to be much better, but lately, their food had turn yucky to me. The only unique thing maybe because you could choose the fresh ingredient you want in your plate if you want to do their stir fry, but other than that, nothing is really special.

The thing that is most noticeable from this restaurant are their decoration and dinnerware. They really put thought in to it. The food are good, not great but I would not mind going there again. I like the dessert they sell in the front of the restaurant as well as their ice cream. You can also buy their small china which I believe are made in Thailand.

Other that home made noddle, I do not see anything else special from this restaurant. The home made it self is good, but when they mix it with other ingredient, it will only be average food. They have big portion maybe trying to compensate their "just average" food.

I almost always experience something not so good or even bad every time I come to this restaurant. One time the server drop our whole main course in front of us on a very busy evening, they had to prepare our food all over again, and all we got is a "sorry" from the server, even after we complain, no complement were offer. Other time we were done with the appetizer and had waited for the main course to arrived for almost 45 minutes only to find out that our food was not yet ordered to the kitchen because the order was taken by a server who was ready to end her shift. We again complained to the manager, and unlike other places, they did not offer anything as their apology. So, the next time you go there, do not expect anything as a complimentary even if the worse scenario happens. Oh, by the way, they food is also below average.

We've been here several time for dim sum and never left the restaurant fully satisfied. Their dim sum are so mediocre, most of the server cannot even explain what they are offering in their cart because they just simply don't speak English. Some of the food like their chewy squid are often over cooked, and some other food like the chicken feet are almost always not cooked enough that we can just suck it and eat it. If you want a really good dim sum this place is certainly not the place for it. And their fruit smoothies are just too watery.

A tiny Asian restaurant in the heart of Chinatown square. They have display of their menu in the front of the restaurant and you can also look at their menu before you order to get an idea of the kind of food you'd like. I am personally not a big fan of Joy Yee, the place is so small and usually is crowded. The sitting are to close from one table to the other, not a comfortable place to eat. The food are also not as good as they look like in the picture. Now, I would only go here to order their smoothies to go.

I love original pancake house, but not this particular location. The place does not look that clean, and the seating is not accommodating specially if you come with an infant with a car seat. Although the food are pretty much the same like other branches, the feel is different, the air is too hot and the place look too old. I would not come to this particular branch anymore !

If you want to try the dine in this off Magnificent Mile restaurant, you'd better cal l ahead of time to make a reservation, walk in is almost impossible because you most probably will have to wait for a couple of hours. I like everything about this place, they present the food by making it in front of you. I even like the croûton's they have in their salad. A nice steak house to dine in !
