If you look around this so called Asian Restaurant you will hardly find Asian, you know why ? That's right !! Because their food are not authentic, or you can say they are offering American food...
If you look around this so called Asian Restaurant you will hardly find Asian, you know why ? That's right !! Because their food are not authentic, or you can say they are offering American food with Asian touch. It used to be much better, but lately, their food had turn yucky to me. The only unique thing maybe because you could choose the fresh ingredient you want in your plate if you want to do their stir fry, but other than that, nothing is really special.

I prefer doing groceries in this store because not only they offer free parking for the guest, but they also have fresh meat and fish. unlike other Asian grocery store that I know in Chicago, we are able to find fresh fish paste. Try their unpacked meat or fish ball, they are much better than meat/fish ball that are already plastic packed. They also sell cheaper stuff comparing other store in the area, for example, their Japanese tofu is .10 cheaper, I know it's only .10, but if you buy 10 of them on weekly basis, you could save some $$ to buy other snacks.

Try to make a reservation for a place by the window around sunset, because you will be able to see Chicago turning from light to dark, very romantic. If you don't want to spend too much, just go to their bar and just have a drink.

I love this place !! I really like their ribs with dried seasoning. They cook their meat very slow and for a long time, so you will have a very tender fabulous pork rib, You will not be disappointed. Very highly recommended even if you for get to make a reservation and have to wait for couple of hours.

In my opinion, this is not an Italian restaurant that offer authentic Italian food. The food are mediocre and tasteless, the only average food is their Alfredo fettuccines and their chicken Alfredo pizza, I guess they make a pretty good Alfredo sauce, but other than that, you can get similar food in the frozen aisle of your grocery store. Nothing special.

Try to have the vanilla ice cream over a warm apple pie..Yummy ! My other favorite is the amaretto ice cream. If you've never taste their product, you're missing out something really good.

I hate this groceries, but they sell the best beef meat ball and tempeh. I would not buy anything else from here other than those 2 things. Most of their cold drink are often expired along with other snacks. I told the owner who is also the cashier that they have many expired food on their shelfs, but he was so defensive and not apologetic at all. If you do not like beef meat ball or tempeh, go to other groceries in the area that are not selling expired food.

Among other Asian groceries in the area, this store is the most complete. They have fresh fish, fresh meat and fresh vegetables. However, you might want to be careful if you buy their small cakes...
Among other Asian groceries in the area, this store is the most complete. They have fresh fish, fresh meat and fresh vegetables. However, you might want to be careful if you buy their small cakes or breads, sometime they let the cakes and bread to sit there for several day. I had experience of getting a molded roll cake, they accept the return but not in the best way. Still this is my favorite place of doing Asian groceries.

I like just the meat ball pho, because I am not in to beef tribe and so on. They also have good over white rice menu, which most are very good. My favorite is sour soup smoothies, so different...Yummy !

They have big portion of food, maybe to compensate just the mediocre-ness of their taste. I really would not wait in they double layer line, I would just have a cheese cake to go.
