While it may be above average for Durham, I have seen better malls with better layouts and store selections.
They do have a variety of stores, both in price range and goods offered, but I find the layout to be subpar. There is not a good flow within the mall and trying to get to a specific during major holidy seasons will turn out to be an obstacle course.
If you are into wondow shopping, this is a good place. They have lots of benches to sit and people watch.
