I discovered this place last weekend, and it is absolutely my new favorite bar. First of all, the layout is totally cool, with a slick little bar downstairs, and a posh, slightly eurotrashy seating area upstairs. They make great cocktails, and have an interesting selection of wines. They also have a list of scotches, but not being a connoisseur, I can’t comment on that. The vibe was just right…Hazelwood is nice enough for a fun night out, but the staff was friendly and didn’t give us any attitude, even though we showed up wearing jeans and were all in our twenties.
