This store is easy access off of I-5. Plus, the signage is great. You know the store is somewhere around the area. To get to it the first time, though, I found kind of hard.
Once inside the store, I was greeted promptly by the service counter employee. I did not receive any help when I started browsing the bike floor area, though. When I approached someone, he seemed in a hurry. I was given a catalog and told to give him a call. I was not impressed.
Many bikes were not priced, which I didn't like.
The atmosphere was clean and easy to maneuver in.
