I have waited 20 minutes in here without anyone helping me. I simply had a question about a cell phone. Once I was finally approached, my name was put on a list to wait for someone behind the counter. The person who put my name on the list couldn't answer any of my questions. He did, however, give me a brochure. There were already five people in line at each of the three lines. I left after another 10 minutes without ever being assisted. I will not return to this store. The shelves/walls were well stocked, items were properly priced, and the store was easy to maneuver in.
