When I first became familiar with this bank, I thought they were so antiquated compared to what I was used to at other banks and credit unions. Since then, I have been very impressed with their community involvement, personalized service, and genuine interest in helping their customers.
There's a nice balance between being friendly with their customers and conducting transactions. It's refreshing to see.
Even though there are many branches throughout the area, I don't get the feel of a large bank. It's much more personalized.
