Their customer service has been excellent in every contact I have had with them. I'm even impressed with their telephone etiquette, an art which is being lost.
Another benefit is their pride in being involved in the local community. Plus, for those waiting on their cars, free internet access is available. They also have a fitness room you can use. And, don't forget the free coffee. :)
This is a great place. I wish all car dealerships were like this!

I love Hondas and went here when I was in the market. The sales associate was a wealth of information and a pure pleasure to be around. I was not going to purchase a car that day, but wanted to get information. He understood that and did not high pressure me at all. We went for a test drive. I was planning on returning and purchasing a Honda from him.
However, his boss (Sales Manager), approached me and put so much pressure on me to purchase that day that he killed the deal. It was offensive. I will never return to that dealership again. I feel sorry for the associate.
The location is nice and the assortment of vehicles is superb. The interior is well maintained and of comfortable temperature.
Hopefully, your experience will be better.

They have a beautifully tempting display window full of freshly baked goodies that one sees while strolling along the street. Once inside this bakery, there are endless choices to be made. Bread, cookies, pastries, cakes..yikes! Even espresso. :)
The customer service has been great every time I've been here. And, they supply nice size samples.
The prices are very reasonable, the aroma tantalizing, and the atmosphere has everyone smiling.

Upon closer inspection, I notice rather steep prices. Perhaps that's because it's Bainbridge. I don't know.
The one shortbread cookie I had was delicious.

I came across this gem while strolling through Pike Place Market. It smelled great and the hombows looked interesting. I had never seen anything like them before. I questioned the worker what they were and received a good explanation. (Humbows are baked or steamed buns filled with meats and/or veggies.) They are fantastic! There is a nice variety to choose from, too. They are freshly made and an easy 'hand food' to enjoy while taking in the rest of the Market. Plus, they are very reasonably priced. The BBQ Pork Hombow is my favorite. For $2, you can't go wrong!
There are also HUGE almond cookies and other items available here - I just narrow in on the humbows.

When I was there, the variety was impressive. Of course, the prices were extremely affordable. I had their Mango pudding....absolutely fantastic!!! They even added some freshly made whipped topping for me and made it look extra pretty. This is the best pudding I have ever tasted! I just loved the chunks of fresh mango in it. And, it was not super sweet like American version pudding.
The atmosphere was well lit, clean, and welcoming. Service was knowledgeable about their products and loved sharing their passion for the business with customers. They were a joy to talk with.

Another eatery located in the International District, this bakery is known as the oldest Chinese bakery in Seattle. There was a nice assortment of goodies to choose form in here. All the prices are very, very reasonable. Alot of $1 items. It was hard to decide what to buy!
Their chicken bun was good, and made a convenient 'hand food'. I liked the fact that there was not alot of filler inside the bun, just moist chicken.
Service was very friendly, helpful in explaining their products, and a pleasure to deal with.

It's amazing to know that only one baker does all the baking for this place. Kudos to him!
Rumor has it that at days end, the unsold items are put to good use and not tossed away. I know for a fact that they help out the local community.
They have good coffee, too.
