They have the best cakes I have tried in Chicago. Give the fruit cake a try, its this light cake with really light whipped icing and lots of assorted fruits.
I love this bakery and use it for all special occassions. Its my treat not only to myself but to anybody else who has a special occassion!

But that is not really wat keeps bringing me back here again and again. Its their amazing pastries and desserts that are always fresh baked and made daily. Try the tiramisu and the fruit tarts. You will not regret it and you will be going back again and again for more (just like me).

Well, I sure can't afford a room here. But, boy, do I wish I could. I've heard lots about this hotel that has been voted number one in the entire nation!

But just because I can't rent out a room doesn't mean I can't enjoy all the other great things this hotel has to offer. For instance, go here and enjoy the chocolate bar they have every Friday. This place will fill any and every craving you have for sweet stuff! Or if you aren't really the avid chocolate fan, check out the awesome spa, which is open to everybody.
Either way you do it, make sure to make your way to this hotel, even if it is to only enjoy the dazzling lobby.

Perhaps if the popcorn was more easily accessible, I would be more motivated to try to get it. But since it apparently isn't, I'll pass.

Banana ice cream, brownie chunks, fresh strawberries, pecans, and chocolate syrup - that's my best creation yet!
But I gotta dock one star here for the service. I mean this people actually sing! And its not the singing that makes you want to tap your feet. When they sing cheesy songs in off tune voices asking for a tip, I feel like taking their tip jar away!

It has a cool concept that allows you to choose from a ton of different choices. Either go a bit crazy and get shrimp or stick to the conventional refried beans. Either way you will be pleased.
Oh and don't miss out on their chips and gaucamole. They are too good to pass up.
And for drinks you ask? They have an extensive menu with lots of different margaritas!

There are several Walgreen stores in the area. But this one is by far my favorite. Yea, it gets crowded sometimes, but they have a big store and plenty of (free!) parking spaces, so it really never is a problem.
And if the lines get too long, they will always get a few more cashiers out so you won't be waiting too long.
Plus, the selection here is great. The store is big and well organized and whether you go here for shampoo, diapers, or photos, you will not be disappointed with this location.

Better prices, MUCH better customer service, and a great product line are just some of the things this place has to offer. They have cosmetics and fragrances here and all of them are at lower prices then you wil find elsewhere.
Overall, a really nice place to go to stock up on all those things you need to make you pretty!

Target is a great store. It's a shame it falls under the Kmart and Wal Mart category, because it is really so much better. The products they carry here are so much better in quality. They are also priced very reasonably, almost the same as their competitors.
The store is also very well organized and there are always lots of assocaites around to help out if you need anything.
My favorite section here? The Shoessss!! Cheap, stylish, and durable, I can't ask for more!
