Tofu instead of paneer? They cut a few corners, perhaps a few too many, but managed to have a very affordable lunch buffet. The decor bespeaks a richer, more elaborate dining experience that those who come for dinner may actually experience. But because I felt so underwhelmed by their lunch fare, I don't feel inclined to return.
