Ddi a printing of benefit album and had a horrible experience. Owner shmoozed his way into getting bid and then communication went down the tubes. He was cryptic and gave partial or faulty info. Order came back over 8% short (by contract 5% short was minimum) and he refused to make good without extra patyment for new run of booklets. I would never use Realtime again
