Please visit Tim at Noodle Land. Tim is the wonderful lady who owns Noodle Land in Redmond. Lunch time is always busy but if you come in around 3 or 4, you can chat her up. Please order the Pad Thai. I know, it's over-ordered. But this stuff is really good. And if you ask her, she'll spell your name in Thai and tell you about the farmers markets in Thailand. And please get the dessert. Yummy coconut ice cream with sweet rice (sticky rice made with coconut milk instead of water) and fresh sliced mango. Very refreshing on a summer day. Tim is working really hard to make her restaurant a success.
