I have been to a lot of FedEx stores in the city for both work and personal reasons. This outpost gave me one of my best experiences. The supplies were fully stocked. There was plenty of room for me to put together my package. A sufficient number of staff members were on duty AND they were extremely kind to all of the customers (even one who needed a little extra help). My package not only arrived on time - it was a day early! This location accepts packages until 9pm. Kudos to you folks in Soho. I will remember that you have great service!
