I don't love the Minskoff - it is massive and has very dull decor (gray is the first word that comes to mind). Although it was probably state-of-the-art when built and that was the goal, its bareness only makes me think of how beautiful so many of the other Broadway houses are and how their age gives them charm. When you are seated in the balcony, you are FAR away from the stage. Bring opera glasses. The plus side to this theater is that there is a good amount of leg room. Now, if they will only have a show that I want to see...
