Teller Could Hardly Care

What makes a bank decided to whom it will hire? Why is it that some banks have wonderful tellers while others have robots? I rather go to the ATM machine for my personal banking because the ATM machine had more personality than these tellers. I really think it's the person who hires them. They must be one in the same type of person. The tellers are slow and quiet -- not chatty -- just cold. Sorry guys.
