Empty Shelves

I walked into this place and my attention went everywhere because it appeared that nothing was on the shelves. I mean the movies were in the cart, behind the counter and in the drop off bin; yet the shelves held none.
I had to get one of the staff to help me find the movie. Yikes. But, I got the movie.
So the next time I go in I will just go up to one of the staff and ask for the movie.
Doesn't sound organized but it works.
