This is an Italian want to be chain restaurant. It is almost humorous how they have created this fake Italian atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, because I do eat here. It is worth the trip, but don't be expecting the authentic feel that they advertise. I like the fettuccine, but the rest of my party said that it was just ok. I will recommend this place, based on service and food.

This place is just ok. The pizza is what you might expect from a fast food diner, and the service follows suit. This food can be very greasy, so not the best place for a heart condition. The place could use a better maintenance staff, but it isn't like you feel that you are going to get the plague. It is located in the center of Lincoln mall, which is the reason that it has lasted this long. So, make sure that you wipe all of the grease off of your hands before you head to the next store.

I have always enjoyed this place. The people are usually pretty nice, and I have only had one bad experience. I went there in the morning once, through the drive through, and no one answered the speaker. I couldn't find the hours of operation there or on the window. I knocked on the window when I saw someone and they pretended that they couldn't see me. It got to me that day, but I decided to let it go, because of all of the other good times. Not bad.

I have decided that this place isn't worth it. The people that work here are pushy and can be a little too quick with you. They act as if the line is going outside the door. The parking here is also pretty difficult, because they have tight parking spaces and too many stores to handle all of the cars. The food is ok, but is it worth going through all of that? Maybe, but not me. I don't want to come off as hard to please, but I would just like a little more at lunch.

I went through this drive through the other day, and was stuck there for about seven to ten minutes. This might not seem astronomical in the long run, but when you are gaging it to the other local fast food places in the are it feels like waiting on your tax refund. Unless you are a huge Burger King fan then there are plenty of close alternatives.

This place has always done right by me. I have seen them get a little out of hand with other patrons, but it has been good for me so far. I got hooked on these chicken wraps that they have there. They are fantastic. Instead of fries, this place has potato wedges, which are fatter and better in my opinion. Try it out.

This place is clean and helpful, but there is a cheaper store with the same food across the street called Cub Foods, which I would easily take over it if my bank wasn't inside it. On the other hand, the customer service here is great. These are the type of employees that will put down what they are doing and walk you across the store to find the pre-made pudding. Friendly.

This is one of the McDonald's that has a play center in it, which is always great for children. I must admit that it has been a while since I was in there last, but as to what I recall it was very nice. I do visit this location frequently, and they have a quick drive through with courteous service. If you do fast food then this is a decent experience.

I remember when this place was clean and fun, but the last time that I was there it was dirty and sad. It seems as if this place has turned into the hang out for the local punks. I am not saying that this place is like this all the time, but the last few times that I have been here it has been a fight in staying away from these tightly wound kids. It seemed as if they were looking for something. Another thing is that they have this pen filled with plastic balls that a child can get in and play around in, and it is dirty. I would make sure to keep your children out of it. If you are going to go to this place then I think in the middle of the week around noon might be your best chance. This obviously could have been a couple isolated instances, but I wont be going back.
