Water Tower has a nice atmosphere with women running back and forth smiling as they dart into one store after another, and crying guys chasing behind them attempting be extra careful with the ten bags of crystal bowls that were just deducted from the old savings account. This place would be a little nicer for me if a plastic ornament didn't have to cost twenty dollars. I am more of a target guy myself, but that is what you pay for location.
