My husband & I have both had good experiences with Windermere. They're friendly, and they've done a great job with our repair work. Additionally, we've called on multiple occasions for price quotes and they always call back quickly with a thorough quote. I can't really speak to their prices, because I haven't had a lot done anywhere else in town for comparison, but the one time that we've had a problem that was questionably their fault (not ours), they fixed it for free.
