After 5:00 during the week, they have a different buy-one-get-one special each day. My personal favorite is chicken parm sandwich night (Wednesdays).

Need a place to take that special someone for an enjoyable evening? Few dates could be as fun and original as painting pottery! For a reasonable fee (depends largely on what you want to paint), you get an unpainted piece of pottery, access to all sorts of paint and brushes, and a crash course in pottery painting. After that, it's up to you (and your special someone) to make a creative, memorable work of art.
Leave your masterpiece with them for glazing and firing, and you can pick it up in a week. It's a fun evening, and you get a great souvenir to remember it by.

The Wild Onion is the tale of three establishments. On the lower level, "the Onion" offers a nice sit-down restaurant on one side, and a more traditional tavern style on the other. Upstairs has more of a college bar feel, complete with darts, pool table, and video games.
Service is excellent in the tavern section, and average upstairs. The food tends to be expensive for what you get, but the Onion a different special (for the cost-conscious)every day of the week. All-in-all, a good time.

If you want a comfortable, affordable place to eat in the upper-class Main Line suburban Philadelphia, Gullifty's is your place. The food is affordable and the service is above average. If you want a steak, Gullifty's is a good, affordable place to go. There is a wide variety of beers, but they come at a price.
Also, their bar has an abundance of televisions, and they subscribe to many of the satellite sport packages (including MLB Extra Innings). This was especially important, being a Sox fan in Pennsylvania.

Never the case at Victory. Shirts are a dollar, suits about 8. If you get your order in before 11am, it will be ready next day at no additional charge. Even better is if you drop off your order on a Wednesday or a Sunday, you get 20% off!

If you find yourself in Ridley Park, you'll find the best Italian food here. Nestled inconspicuously between a barber and a furniture upholsterer, Tavani's is a well-kept secret. Dinners are around $11, and include salad, a bowl of soup, and even a little glass of the house red. I highly suggest the house chicken dish. It's delicious!
