This shop is super cute. They sell lots of different collecctible dolls here. Each doll is based on a certian culture and that doll's hair, clothing, make-up, and accessories reflect that culture. It is a great place to get a little girl a gift because not only are the dolls cute, but they come with good books that introduce different cultures. It is a fun way to teach young children about different cultures. The store is fun to browse around in also.

Vivo is a great date spot in the city. Its a small restaurant that has a very intimate setting, so thats one thing that makes it good as a date spot. Plus, they serve up some really great Italian food here. They have all the typical Italian items on their menu, but everything is served and presented really well. They do have a nice little drinks menu too. For dessert, I would suggest skipping out on their menu and making your way to the Chicago Chocolate Company, which is just a short walk down.

This place is a favorite with my entire family. We not only go here for breakfast, but we are often here for lunch or dinner too. Their breakfast here is so great and there is something for everyone on here. The kids especially enjoy the huge funny face pancake and hash browns. It is a great family restaurant and it never gets old. One cool tip - watch out for money saving coupons in the tribune, they usually have buy one meal get one free coupons.

I don't like this place at all. It is so unkempt and crowded. This place is in major needs for renovation. Everything seems like its about to fall apart here. The pricing here is decent and they have a decent selection as well. There are a few positive aspects to this place as well. For one, they have their own parking lot, with plenty of parking for shoppers. They also have a postal office right inside here with is full service and very convenient. So, not too bad I guess.

They sell it either by the glass if your eating in, or you can get it by the gallon to take home. Its a bit on the expensive side, but it is really worth trying. Make sure to try this creamy, thick chocolate milk out at least once.

This is another beauty school where you can get salon services done at really low prices by students. This is one of my least favorite places like this in the city. The students don't seem all that well trained and they are very, very slow. Plus, the supervisor seems really inattentive. Yes, you will save a bunch of money by going here, but I don't think it is worth it because for me this is just a place where I waste my time and get not so good services done.

This is a good place to go if you want salon service, but you don't want to have to play salon prices for it. The students at this school preform salon services here for a fraction of the cost. And they do a wonderful job here. Their work is really professional ane though they are students, they are in their last teir, so they are pretty much already professionals. Plus, everything they do is watched over by a supervisor, which makes it almost doubly good. Try this place out for some affordable salon service.

Most of their pastas have the basic ingrediants so they are very kid friendly. But for me, this place is just okay. The pasta is a bit bland and the menu is small. But it is very reasonably priced and I bring my kids here every once in a while so they can enjoy what they like to eat here.

It doesn't always have all the conventional best sellers but it has lots of rare, old finds that are harder to find at the bigger bookstores. Its organized nicely and has a very homely feel to it. You can easily spent lots of time here just browsing and picking out books. This is one you have to really check out!

This is the biggest Catholic university in the entire nation. Its a great place to go for a degree because they offere a great education here. The campus is beautiful with lots of great ammenities...
This is the biggest Catholic university in the entire nation. Its a great place to go for a degree because they offere a great education here. The campus is beautiful with lots of great ammenities for students, like a great library, good computer labs, and fitness centers. The profesors here are great and very dedicated to the university and to educating the students. it is a private school so the student body is small compared to the public schools, but its a good sized population with a diverse student body.
