A Worthy Bowl of Pho

I'm up on the terrific pho at Ginger Lime, located at the southeast corner of the Seattle U campus. The broth is nice and meaty, with a great blend of spices. The staff are super nice. I hear that the other Vietnamese dishes are also very good. Though the interior is a little spare, it's very clean and not unpleasant. They're open for lunch or dinner. Dust off your Entertainment Book and use the two for one dinner coupon to try it out.
