Ti Couz, a sweet little French bistro in the Mission, is a consistent crowd-pleaser. Healthy-tasting buckwheat dinner crepes and sinful-tasting sweet crepes make a lovely meal, especially when paired with a fresh salad and some wine. The prices are reasonable and the bistro atmosphere is neither too loud nor too sedate.
