I love the sales at this store. I run straight to the back of the store and search the clearance rack. Granted, like many kids stores, they are lacking in little boys attire. But I am often able to find cute hats socks and jackets for very fair prices. I bought my son the cutest winter hat for only 1.99. If you have girls, your options are much greater.

They have so many cute little outfits and accessories for little girls, but barely anything for the boys. I run in this store quite often, hoping to find something. They just don't have a large enough selection to satisfy the little boy's mommies. And everything that they do have looks the same, for example: a green polo with an alligator on it or a blue polo with a fish on it-Boring! Not many choices. I'm slightly bummed.

This is such a wonderful new addition to our city. never mind that it took millions of dollars and almost as many years to complete. I love watching the kids run through the water, while their parents sit aside laughing. Everyone, especially the young ones, has fun here and I think that is the point. Its nice to know it doesn't have to cost a fortune to take the family downtown. My only worry is that someone's going to get hurt, slipping in a puddle or something, and tha'ts going to ruin the whole darn thing!

I'm not the biggest fan of red meat, but if I were, this would be my heaven. They do serve top quality with an upscale sort of snobby flair. It's not a romantic or ultra chic atmosphere. Instead, its a good place to go to show off your money to clients or employees, or a wallet-breaking place to treat those who are accustomed to money. It's expensive and delicious,especially if you enjoy steaks and such.

I've noticed a lot of artwork done by local artists. So there is the glowing feeling of supporting the Chi-town arts. MCA shows contemporary art, so there's a lot of fun to be had. A lot of quirky stuff and a lot of really deep stuff. They also offer a number of shows and gallery openings. Their First Fridays gallery Opining is a cool place to take a date .

This is a very interesting concept for a museum that is both educational and fun to visit. To my knowledge, Its still free admission, but I would definitely pay to visit. You can learn lots about Chicago history and view some beautiful exhibits. The museum is not so big, but I find that it makes for a nice break from downtown walks or shopping trips.

What a fabulous place to view animals in captivity. I mean, if we must hold them hostage, at least they get a gorgeous decently comfortable environment at this zoo. It's a really beautiful place...
What a fabulous place to view animals in captivity. I mean, if we must hold them hostage, at least they get a gorgeous decently comfortable environment at this zoo. It's a really beautiful place full of all kinds of exotic and domestic animals. I've known some of the zoo-keepers and do feel that they have the utmost respect for the lives of their inmates. Brookfield has a wonderful Dolphin show which is sure to be of fun for kids of all ages. They also host a number of holiday events and parades to attract families. You can picnic on their flowered gardens or take a stroll through their numerous interpretations of foreign continents. It's educational and enlightening. In fact, it sort of makes me feel sorry for those animals who are not part of the zoo society.

They do have security guarding the door, but they'll let in just about anybody. I walked in to see my new nephew, and I asked if I should sign in, and the guard said "Nahhhhhhh." The place was dirty...
They do have security guarding the door, but they'll let in just about anybody. I walked in to see my new nephew, and I asked if I should sign in, and the guard said "Nahhhhhhh." The place was dirty and dingy and there wasn't a nurse to be found. I'd never want to have a baby here, or godforbid need their service for anything more serious.
