Gloria Jeans uses top quality Arabica bean, and brews at least three flavors and a regular roast on a daily basis. They offer flavored coffees, which Starbucks usually doesn't have, and a few more specialty drinks too. Gloria Jeans coffee is less bitter than Starbucks and Caribou. I think this is what coffee should taste like, Yum!
